Hrudaya Kaleyam, or the Heart of Liver, is hitting 260 screens, about of them in the United States, on April 4. It is perhaps for the first time that a small film being released in so many theatres. It is taking on Ram Gopal Varma’s Rowdy, a big budget film with big star cast, including veteran actors Mohan Babu and Jayasudha.
